I have a lian li case and a Epox 4BDA2+ mobo. The motherboard has USB pins for front USB ports. The case came with a cable that only have 8 pins (4 for each front connector).

The cable has pins for, ground, vcc, data+ and data-. The motherboard has the same thing but two ground pins. Is it okay to just use the single ground pin?

Usually one is operational ground, the other frame ground, i.e. shielding. Connect the operational ground.

Use the ground pin that's right next to the VCC pin, that's the operational ground pin.
