I live in an apartment complex. There is this god damn blackish furball cat that is sometimes out there near the door into the building, only late at night with the purpose of scaring the shit out of me. I absolutely hate cats, I think they are extremely shitty versions of dogs. Anyway, I'll be coming back home from class or getting food late night and the cat will just appear and freak the hell out of me. Everytime I see it I feel like going over and kicking in the head, but I'm no animal abuser.

Whenever I see it I am always too pissed and freaked out to notice if it has tags or not. If it does, am I wrong to be pissed that someone leaves their fucking cat out in the middle of the night? I guess it might be a stray, but it always looks decently taken care of, but how the hell should I know. I'm thinking about going to the apartment office to complain but I guess I gotta find out if the thing has tags or not.

The last time I saw it was last night at about 12:30. Thankfully it was near the bushes and not just standing near the fucking door like it sometimes does

So should I complain? If its a stray, animal control? maybe i'll just take of him...

Yes, its called outdoor cat. You know some cat live inside, some stay out most of the day and go inside at night and other stay out all of the time and just go in to eat.

Yes, its called outdoor cat. You know some cat live inside, some stay out most of the day and go inside at night and other stay out all of the time and just go in to eat.

Don't forget the ones that stay inside all day, the go out at night. Which sounds like this cat.

I have 2 actually, and I dont dislike dogs. Point is quit being such a damn panty waist about the cat. If you can see him it means you're safe, they only kill you in your sleep.
