Mother Board help

What would you guys get out of these three

The spec's seem great on the asrock but some review's said they are good some say its full of problems..

So what should i get..

Never purchased a motherboard that expensive. Dont purchase a crossfire or similar motherboard designed for 2 graphics cards unless you plan on purchasing 2 graphics cards.

This is only my opinion.

You can take any motherboard and find bad reviews. People take motherboards that are working and upgrade the BIOS for no good reason and then wonder why it is having problems. ASROCK motherboards seem to be the most recommended in the forums right now. So it would make sense they they would also have the most bad reviews.
