Most User Friendly DVD-to-DivX Encoder?

I was using easydivx.does.it but now i get real bad audio video sync problems.

does anyone know of any other way to rip VOB files to AVI/Divx files?


Im really looking for something easy to use.

I don't know about easy cause they all are pretty easy once you see how to do it.

I don't think its that hard to follow, and after the 2nd time or so you don't need to follow the guide.
