because he should have told him beforehand what he intended to do.

I was 15, he moved quickly, I was confused, I freaked the hell out.

I'm with you. Didn't have that experience but you gotta warn a kid. Dumb doc.

a good doctor would signal what he was about to do in advance, to prevent any surprises. and maybe make a little joke about it, to reduce any tension in the air.

Mine would have to be when I went to the doctors office. I had been sick for about a year, and this was before I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I believe I was...maybe 15 years old?

Anyways, we get into his office (this is my family doctor, fyi) and I sit down on that bed thing and my mom sits in the chair at the end of the room. He starts out with the usual listen to the chest, check your pulse, etc.

Then he tells me to unbutton my pants so he can feel my stomach/bladder. Sure, why not. He starts pressing down and doing the normal whatever it is they're supposed to do, then he tries to move his hand down to my testicles. Naturally I freaked the hell out and told him to go fsck himself. My mom was just sitting there, and she said, "Do you want me to leave the room?"

... No, I want him to not touch my fvcking balls. I'll check those on my own, thanks.

Apparently he was supposed to check for lumps or something. Needless to say I got the hell out of there. I know this is what they're supposed to do, but at 15 years old I need a little forewarning.

Cliffs:
Doctor tried to touch my balls
I freaked the fsck out

So, what do you have to share?
wait until he gets his 1st rectal exam.

I assume there'll be a little forewarning then. And I better at least get a reach-around.

When I made a joke that resulted in a guy getting kicked out of his g/f's house. Guy was a cheating POS though.

Well, the interesting thing is that considering your bill, it will be a very expensive date for the patient.
