Sometimes stirring the pot is enough to stand out on its own. For the people (no you) that has big issue with what some people like Rollo is saying, maybe its eating at you like when some one mentions your balding at the ripe young age of 23. You know its happening but you don't like it when anyone but you says it. I must reiterate that while I desire Crossfire to succeed (which I think it will even with the stupid cable) ATI has stumbled 3-4 times just with crossfire with this latest issue completely making a X800 crossfired setup useless. Its compounded by the delay and issues with the R520. I feel for you guys (I say it because I maid my choice awhile ago) but to call someone a troll instead of a instigator (Its true he wanted to raise Some eye brows) is retarded. Please unless you see Turtalia or Intutle posting try not calling someone a troll for something you disagree with, try to be inteligent and disprove what the person is saying.

Also double checl your posts, some people have been proving themselves wrong thinking they came up with the difinitive answer.

Nothing other than "stirring the pot", if that's what you call starting a conversation about the interesting blunders companies have had over the years.

This is one of my hobbies, I like talking about it, and try to find people IRL who can talk about a subject like this.

Who are the morons voting for Crossfire??? A late delivery doesn't mean the technology is a failure...not to mention it is the only technology listed in the poll.

The 5800 gets my vote. Took forever to arrive and was a real POS when it did.

the 5800 ultra was a pretty big failure...


but it was still a sweet card. i'd buy one today if i found one cheap.

Yeah, but the 5800 did not bring down an entire company like the Voodoo 5 did.
