Has anyone had personal experience with enough AMD boards to know which one would feel the fastest or most responsive "out of the box board" for an XP1700 with 512PC2100 and a WD\SE drive?
I've got an Abit KX7-333 now and it feels noticeably slower than an ASUS A7V266C with a 1.3Bird that I built with the same memory and an older AGP card - both are GF cards. Benchmarks show the 333 to be much faster compared to the 266, but the 266 has an incredibly fast feel to it. I prefer the feel test over benchmarks.
