It's not just you. I admit that there are a few poems every once in a while that actually touch me, but 99% of poems that one reads are nothing but random blabber arranged in wierd sentances with no real meaning.

Of course there are going to be the "more enlightened" folk who insist that it's beautiful art, but I just don't get it.

I've been told countless times my teachers, professors, and peers that I'm good at poetry, both reading and writing. As a self-proclaimed mystic, take my advice...

99% of the poetry you'll ever read is utter bullshit, but the 1% that touches you will make all the extra reading worth it. The other 99% will probably touch someone else.

D D D

I think that I shall never see
A breast so large as triple D;
A boob like that could block the sun
And probably weighs a quarter-ton...
And who could carry such a load?
Or cart them o'er the open road
While all who pass would stop and stare,
Averting eyes from blinding glare;
And what brassiere could hold in place
That breast? It needs an iron brace!
Oh macro-knocker, full of woe,
Could kill when bouncing to and fro;
But death like that I do not fear,
So find that breast, and bring it here!
