Well, the problem was the guy wasn't up to acting as a complementary partner. I say if someone BSes you in a relationship, make him (guys especially, that is) sweat it.

Okay, here is the summary they gave on blinddatetv.com. It was aired on August 7. The summary isn't that great:

"Lacey and Richard ? Spring Break Date
Lacey is a TV/radio personality from Mobile, Alabama who we set up with Richard, a financial planner from Pennsylvania. The two go parasailing, and it?s a tradition in Panama City to do it naked?Lacey refuses, but Richard obliges and seems to enjoy himself. Over dinner, Richard asks Lacey to lighten up, that Spring Break is supposed to be fun, to which Lacey tells him she can find a 'Spring Break' girl for him, if he likes. Tune in to see if this girl ever drops her attitude!"

You will not believe this! Today, I just saw Cupid'sRobert on Blind Date. At first, I was like . . . that guy reminds me of Cupid's Robert. He's got a deep European accent. I had turned on the TV half way through the date. Then they came back from commercial. I saw him again and thought, He looks a lot like Robert. I'll listen for the name. Sure enough, the host mentioned "Robert. . . ."

His date was spicy. They made out so much. He seemed so different from the guy described in Cupid. It seems they even had sex! :Q It now makes me wonder if this Cupid thing is all scripted with a role for each person. Robert was so different on Blind Date.

Here's Blind Date's summary: Blind Date TV 8/20/2003.

Robert and Angelina
Self proclaimed ladies man, Robert, goes head to head in a game of racquetball with his eager date, Angelina. During dinner, they both reveal their bedtime preferences. Then, a kiss in the hot tub turns into a make-out session in the elevator! This couple is too hot to handle!

My favorite converstation from that show was

I saw Blind Date uncensored on Pay Per View last week. Lots T&A's showing. My friend who was on the show Blind Date told me it's fake. Alot of stuff on the show was scripted.

i had a friend on change of heart, that was my favorite..simply becuase of how uncomfortable it got at the end. she didnt mention anything about scripts and those shows all seem to be run by the same folks...or, at least, judging by the set-up they are.
but i love me some blind date and EXTREME dating.
