Most money found at one time?

Hopefully you returned the wallet though?

Shit, even just returning the cards and licenses and such saves so much hassle. Having recently loss mine, I'm happy I've always given wallets I've found back. 2 trips to the DMV, getting a new student Id, having to call all my cards and such is a big waste of time.

$800 in a wallet. Called the guy up (Lawyer) and he drove out to Fairfield, PA from DC to pick it up. Gave me a 5 spot........I was pretty disappointed🙁

When i was bussing tables at a casino cafe i found an envelope with a helluva lot of 100's in it, didnt count it, just took it to the front desk asap...

I found a motorolla timeport once.

Turned it on and waited for the guy to call. Turned out he was an old friend of mine and he bought me a beer.

Found 450 in an envelope in my bank. Turned it in to the bank. Was told that after 90 days I could claim it. Went back after 90 days and was told that the bank cannot release the money to me due to "Federal Law." Tell you what, the next time I find money at the bank I am going to bring it to the local police.

<< i felt bad for taking it but i needed the money it only had a health insureance card and i could tell the person was hispanic >>

So, he/she didn't deserve the money because they were hispanic???
You've been here just over a week, and have proven yourself in a day to be one of the biggest morons I've seen here.

<< i felt bad for taking it but i needed the money it only had a health insureance card and i could tell the person was hispanic >>

that sentence hereby entitles you to the d|ckhead of the year award. Congratulations!

$20 at a summer job. I turned it in, they held it for two weeks to give the owner a chance to come forward, then they gave it to me when no one claimed it.

The most I ever found was like $78 when I worked at a laundromat. some guy had dropped off his cloths to be washed and he had like singles and 5 dollar bills everywhere in that bag. Of course, he never asked for it, so I never gave it back😀

Oh yeah, and I found $10 bills and $20 bills on the street a few times.

<< i found about 200 in a wallet on a bus coming home went all to my comp >>

Oh okay. So, the person that had that money didn't need it? My dad had his wallet stolen once and it had like $250.00 in it. Trust me, he NEEDED that money. Don't ever make ASSumtions on what you THINK people need or don't need. :| :disgust:
