Heh I started reading the post and got to "Most iPods" and was like, "Oh no, not again..." SO many of those "FrEe IpOdS!" Post here lately hehe.... Good post 🙂
 
nice find. i just ordered one last night with the educational discount. came out to $294 with tax, but it will ship this week, as opposed to amazon's shipping of August 16 or later. so ill stick to the apple store purchace. good deal though for those without the edu discount.

Unfortunately we are going to also start seeing "Get a free flat panel" threads with people stating how their great grandma's friend got one in the mail the other day and how it's so cool and easy and free.

Amazon has no tax for most 😀 So it comes out less than apple, though you have to wait longer...
 
yeah thats what i meant. the $10 difference is worth it to me to get it tomorrow instead of next month plus its personalized 🙂
 
I picked up the 20 gig 4th gen. My f*cking 30 gig Zen NX crapped out on me and CL wanted to charge me $156 to repair it. Yah f*cking right.
 
iPod mini is $229 w/free shipping (but tax in Cali) with my educator discount from the Apple store. I'm on the fence. Will it be cheaper in a month or two if Apple can up the supply?
 
Too bad, I missed the sale. Amazon shows that 4th gen ipods are out of stock for now, and the price has gone back to the original $299

Wish they will put their ipods on sale again.
