The framerate on that vid is horrible and obviously that means that the P3 is running @ 133 FSB

some motherboards allow you to set the FSB to 66, maybe lower...

either that or he has an multiplier UNLOCKED enginerring sample the he got and is using 1x multiplier on...

if that's the case, he could go lower.

it could all be photoshop, though...
