Most featured AMD board

I have am considering all the new chipsets and don't really care which. I may or may not overclock (like the option though), a few mhz really is meaning less and less with cheaper chips. I have been eyeing the Soyo Dragon plus and the Epox 8KHA+ any thoughts on either board would be appreciated. I would like USB 2.0. Any boards have this natively? Get me up to speed please since I have been ignoring motherboards since the 133a chipset. I really don't care about cost when the mainboard is concerned. Less expensive is nice but, I will spend more for better. Hopefully this isn't being beat to death, I have seen several post lately on this line but seems O/C seems to be the focus of the threads I have read, I prefer as many useful features as possible.
Thanks

Your best bet for features would be the MSI K7T266 Pro2-RU. It has built in USB 2.0 and is based on the same KT266A chipset as the 8KHA+.

I'd go for the Dragon+ instead of the MSI. The MSI K7T266 Pro2-RU has USB 2.0, but is slower. The Dragon+ has really good sound, a better raid controller (the MSI raid controller doesn't do standard IDE). The Dragon+ also has the KT266A, and it also has built in LAN.
