I really thought my old, 10010 would've done it. Totally forgot about 10014, which is where SoHo, West Village and TriBeCa are, if I remember my old work address.

Seriously. Duarte? Off the top of my head, San Marino and Newport Coast would make more sense.

That's why I was like wtf. It's Duarte. It's nothing special. Must be something up over there.

I just glanced at the zillow map of Duarte. Granted, Zillow is sorta like the Wikipedia of real estate, but the numbers all float in the six-figure range, with a few over 1M. If you look at Newport Coast, all of the homes are at least seven-figures, with the lowest around 2M. Somebody got some seriously bogus data. Or maybe that zip code is for a tiny corner of Duarte with like three 5M houses on it or something.

Eh, not real surprised Atherton is #2 with all those venture capital guys living in and around that area. A couple years ago I saw a house listed for $12M there.

I thought some town in FL's suppose to be number one. I was gonna say Atherton, that area is like a forest where lots of silicon valley CEOs make their residence.

My guess is that they took the average, and most of those zip codes are huge homes and have high dollar value along with a huge lot.

If you take Dollars per square feet, i bet it's a completely different list.
