I know someone who was distressed to find that his circumcision had not healed properly, fusing the top half of the head to the shaft with a thin layer of skin.
I told him that his penis was lovely but that if it bothered him so, he should go to the doctor and have it fixed. However, he seemed just as upset about the prospect of going to the doctor (who had pointed out the fused skin) as he was about the flaw in his equiptment.
This imperfect penis so vexed him that finally, he took it upon himself to numb the area with Lanacaine and cut the offending skin himself with cuticle scissors. He kept Mr Happy bandaged up like a mummy until it healed. "I'm a true do-it-yourselfer" he explained.

I'd say that was disturbing. >>
that should have been fixed years ago. Hsi parents must be neglectful.

Actually, yes they were... very neglectful and emotionally abusive. Good call.
In the end, the most disturbing people are probably the ones who have been the most disturbed... which reminds me of my favorite bumper sticker... comfort the disturbed, disturb the comfortable
