I ordered 3 free sample RS232 transceivers from Analog Devices one time. 3 28 Pin Dual In Line Package ICs - should be fine in a padded envelope. They shipped it in a double corrugated box ~24"x8"x6". WOO FREE BOX!

I ordered a muffler from some online auto parts place and they shipped it with some clear tape and a thin layer of cardboard around the body.

diamond dont break, stick shippin label directly on that sucka

(insure the "package" tho)

Most guitars ship in double boxes, it provides better protection, you should know this when you order it. Most companies advertise this as a good thing.

When I got my motherboard from Newegg it can in a box, that was surrounded by packing peanuts and another box. So it was a box in a box. I saw no problems with it.

I still think it was a waste of money. I was charged almost 35 dollars for shipping. Seems like it could have been cheaper if they used 1 box.

Well next time tell the shipper your cheap and to only wrap it in tissue paper with the shipping label covering the seam lines.

I can't find the picture of that memory stick that just had a postage stamp on it, but you should have requested them to ship it that way.
