Whatever the new Street Fighter game will be on the PS4. Strider on the PS4 as well (used to love that game).

I'm kind of intrigued by Mad Max too, maybe SOMA, and The Order: 1886? I don't know, it really depends on how the controls work and the types of games they actually are.

I was going to mention those but I haven't seen or read enough about them to put them on my anticipated list yet.

I was recently reading through the entire list of upcoming games and those are the ones that jumped out to me. So not guaranteed day one purchases, but ones I will be following rather closely to see how they pan out. Except for the new SF, unless something goes very wrong, that will be a day one purchase for me. Same with Strider.

I pretty much won't be buying Ultra Street Fighter 4. Capcom ruined it IMO.

They offer the upgrade from any version of SF4 for $15 but you can only get the extra costumes if you buy the full game for $40. Then they are releasing it for PC in August. Two full months after the console version and it's pretty much guaranteed at this point to not be coming to PS4 and XB1. I can't see myself buying it on PC at all when I have two next gen systems to use.

Oh, wow. I thoguht that was next gen only. I guess I'll be doing the 360 version unless there is good reason to get the next gen version (and console)

Graphics and exclusive content is all I can think of. I don't know what exclusive content though...I think PS4 or something gets like an extra hour of gameplay.
 
nothing really at this point that has been announced that i am dying to play. i'd say my most anticipated title is killer instinct season 2 at this point lol.

i do think titanfall looks neat, and infamous also looks cool. i REALLY hope that another hot shots golf comes out on ps4 next year. it took about a year for it to show up on ps3.
 
Was not aware of any SF4 issues. So the game is not expected to come out on PS$?

Oh I am also looking forward to MLB 14: The Show, assuming it's not insanely hard like the last one I played.

snap for real? i didn't hear anything about it but i haven't been paying much attention to it. i was watching some usf4 stream this past weekend and wasn't that impressed with it. saw the red focus like 2 times and no one picked double ultras. and i don't really care for MORE characters in a game i think already has too many. you got more info on this?

There was a little blurb about it here. There was no mention of next gen release and when I inquired about it people said it will be last gen only. So I dont know for sure but with no announcement for ps4 and/or xb1 it doesn't seem hopeful to me. Of course things can change. They said early june for ps3 and 360 digital. Both the upgrade and full game. The disk will be available along side the pc version in August. It will be $30 for the full pc version.

Hrm, wasn't Legend of Heroes, Trails in the Sky PC announced? And maybe the sequel to it? If so, then those as well (if released in 2014 I guess)
 
I never played Final Fantasy X, X-2 on the PS2 so I hope they really do release the HD remaster for PS3 next year.

Otherwise, the Kickstarter PC games I've backed: Wasteland 2, Torment, Project Eternity, Grim Dawn, Divinity, etc.
 
360 died on me yesterday. It had an 8 GB hard drive I think. So I bought a new one that had the 250 GB drive and a 4 game bundle. Came with Halo 4 and some other games. Wow, installing games to he HD is awesome now that I can. NBA2K14 is no longer a nightmare when navigating menues and Forza (whcih my son plays) load WAY faster. And the new XBox is hte latest hardware rev so it no longer sounds like an aircraft carrier.

I'll get the free repair from MSFT and sell the old 360.
