I heard pc-chips or some company like it was coming out with palm clone with amazingly cheap price..hmm..

So...? Which one would that be?
 
also I'm looking for something that can recognise hand writing (or.. do they all..), a some sort of modem built in so it can connect to net and send emails.. and finally be able to run MS Excel... Would be nice if has some sort of visor to protect it from.. and keyboard....
