This memory is being sold at KD Computers
That is the best price I have ever seen on this Ram, it sells used in the forums for at least 110.00-120.00 or more. This is awesome Ram too, Mushkin often uses these chips to make there high performance Ram modules. Get it while the prices are low.
They also have 128MB sticks for 54.00

The 78.00 dollars on pricewtach is for generic, this stuff is not generic, it rocks. I think Ram may still be declining, but just a little.

Has anyone ordered and received the 256MB module yet or called to verify that DIMM uses the Mosel V54C3128804VCT7 memory chips????

KD Computer's RAM page lists the 256MB module as follows:

SDRAM PC133 Mosel Vitelic
6Layer PCB 7ns

while they list the 128MB module as:

SDRAM PC133 Mosel Vitelic
V54C3128804VCT7 on 6Layer PCB 7ns

Well it says that it uses those chips on the website, so I would assume they are. I just checked prices on the mosel on pricewatch, there is a company charging 189 for 128MB of this stuff, with KD you get twice as much at half the price almost, WTF???

I recently bought some Kingmax Tiny BGA, it outperforms Crucial E and HSDRam by about five percent,
OCing FSB. Could this ram be as good?

Let me see if I can answer some questions. First I emailed KD and the sent me this "The Chip numbers are : V54C3128804VAT7 . The PCB is a 6 layer pcb manufactured by our distributor", that is for the 256MB stick. I just wonder how quality the PCB is?

I don't know about the US office, but I would assume they have one.

bigdoggy: this mosel is like the best RAM there is, I'm sure it would easily beat your kingmax, if not blow it away.

I wish I could afford some, got to find some money somewhere

Hey-it looks like they take paypal-might have to get me a stick. Womder how it stacks up to my 2 128mb sticks of Mushkin Rev 2 -Store is only 2 hours from me-maybe I might drive down to check them out.

Don't worry Phunktion, if you have Crucial "E" you still have very fine RAM. I'm doing 143mhz/cas2 without a hiccup with mine.

FWIW, I've ordered a few items from KD Computers, and would rate them as top-notch.
