I have applied. The quality of service you get depends on what broker gives you an offer. You could get great service or a total nightmare.

I'm thinking of doing a 30 year refi since I could know almost 1% off our current rate. I used Bankrate.com to find some lenders I just don't know if I can trust these companies since I've never heard of them. Is there anyway to find out if a lender is okay to deal with?
