I'm so happy that my house is in MY name and if I get married, it will remain in my name. I'll probably do the prenup if I go that route and offer to make all house payments, etc when living together just to keep things simple. Any money she makes can go in the bank. :)

BTW.....I financed my home through a credit union. They don't have a lot of those crazy fees that banks hit you with. I saved about $1000 in closing costs and about .5% off my APR over the cheapest banks. I even searched all the mortgage brokers (aka loan sharks)
