I'm so happy that my house is in MY name and if I get married, it will remain in my name. I'll probably do the prenup if I go that route and offer to make all house payments, etc when living together just to keep things simple. Any money she makes can go in the bank.

BTW.....I financed my home through a credit union. They don't have a lot of those crazy fees that banks hit you with. I saved about $1000 in closing costs and about .5% off my APR over the cheapest banks. I even searched all the mortgage brokers (aka loan sharks)
