Wow, the retardation is strong in this thread. Do you people really not understand that just because it's free doesn't mean there's no restrictions on distribution?

Doesn't Bethesda legally own any and all mods made for their games?

There is no "pirating" or anything against the law going on here. At worst it's just hurt feelings because someone decided to put their mods to good use in a compilation.

That's not the same as pirating, chiefy. And you quite clearly accused people in here of supporting "piracy".

^ Yeah, pretty sure charging money for a mod is illegal.

From what I have seen they don't charge for the content, but for access to their "downloads" section or forum where the links are.

I had no idea people other than furries, anime liking man-children and The Sims fans still played Morrowind.

If they really are doing that, then I'm glad this guy packaged their mods in. That's really low to try and charge for access to mods (which essentially is charging for the mod, which is illegal).

There's a modder for Baldur's Gate 2 that charges money for "premium forum access" which then lets you download the mod, which to me is no different than making someone drop a mod in their shopping cart and having them check out to play.

@viivo, based on the majority of the mods for Morrowind (and Oblivion and FO3) I would agree, but I want to play it again because I never finished it once.
