**Morpheus Preview Edition OUT!!!!**

Just got it and trying to connect right now. The interface looks well.... different.

edit: hmmmmmmm, it can't seem to connect, anyone else having this problem?

You will need to DL Ad Aware and get rid off all the spyware crap you installed along with Kazaa.


Damn, this sucks. It's just a Gnutella client now. No more Fasttrack network. 🙁
 
FastTrack is the Kazaa-Grokster-Morpheus1.3 network. A new P2P topology design. Gnutella is an older P2P network. It works...... but I haven't had that much luck with it. It's slow and becomes overloaded quite easily. You can use any of a number of clients to connecto to gnutella. BearShare, Gnotella, LimeWire, etc.
 
Looks gross but I will take it. I refuse to download Kazaa. I just heard on TechTV they are trying to lure the Morpheus user base over to them.
 
what a POS....its hardly even responding. if its just a gnutella client, then it takes away one more reason for me to use windows. now if only there was a fast track client for linux....😀
 
Wow, this really sucks, it wont connect and it's just another gnutella client. Pretty much the exact same thing as Gnucleus. Looks like it's back to using Kazaa for a fast track client.

do i have to uninstall the previous version of morpheous b/c after i downloaded the new preview edition and try to install it, you see the unpackaging, but that's about it.....

Go into your Morpheus install dir and click on "MorpheusP".

Neither can I! What is going on? Also, if the new Morpheus is just a gnutella client, there are much better gnutella clients. I haven't had any luck with gnutella. Maybe I'll try grokster...
 
somoene said that you should uninstall your older version of morpheus then reinstall the preview edition to get it work

edit ** there are people claiming to be using the old morpheus with 100000+ people on it **
