Morpheus installation problem.

I am having problems installing Morpheus. It reinstalled fine a few days ago and today I needed to reinstall it and I got a message that "a software component is needed" to install it. Has anyone else run into this problem?

That's the problem...it won't reinstall...even after I have gotten rid of registry entries etc..
