About 350, but I don't leave it running unless I'm downloading something. Even if a limit the upload cap to 3 files, 384K upload connection gets saturated.

If you go to advanced options you can limit the ammount of bandwidth used by the program going upstream (I think, I'm on kazaa right now and they have it)

I have 125 files currently shared and I'm downloading about 5 more as we speak

I don't use Morpheus. When I did, about 50 useless jpg's from my IE cache folder and sweet sounding zip files that are about 450MB, but filled with zeroes.
