I've been using Morpheus for a couple of months now, with no problems until about last week. Now, if I use it, I'll be downloading fine, except that the download speed will be about 5 kb/s, then it will decrease and decrease intil it is "-0.00kb/s", at which point I'm more or less disconnected from the internet, according to IM and whatever web browser I'm runningat the time. Juno is my ISP, and their browser will tell me I am connected, though. My specs are, Shuttle AK31A, generic 56k fax modem, 512 megfs DDR, etc. The only things I've done with my computer recently are add a printer and install Opera. I've since removed the printer, moved the modem into another PCI slot, reinstalled Win2k after formatting. Dunno what to do now.
 
Does this happen to every thing that you download? Sometimes, it could be the user on the other end. For example, when I upload sometimes, the user that is downloading gets to the point where they are also downloading at 0.00kb/s. However, I'm still uploading and downloading other files fine. Hope this helps.
