Morning sickness... (I'm male)

Curious, anyone else have "morning sickness" ? It's just a general queasiness, but it's very uncomfortable. I don't know if it's nerves, or something worse. Anyone have something similar?

I do live a fairly high-stress life, and wake up feeling anxious in anticipation of the day to come quite a bit, but I don't think that should result in this, should it?

Thanks.

I have gotten that in the past and its normally a case of anxiety. Calm down (yeah like telling you that will make a difference!) and eat something for breakfast (not coffee!).

Are you hypoglycemic? When I was younger that would happen to me alot. My step-mother once sent me to first grade without breakfast, I got sick and passed out.

Skoorb: You tell me this as I sip my morning java on an empty stomach? 🙂

Tauren: Yes, I am. I never thought of that.

I've started taking a Centrum Performance every day, eating better, etc., to try and eliminate it as a nutritional issue.

try and reduce the stress...have a joke sent to your inbox each day or have a relaxing morning ritual such as sitting down and watching the news or reading the paper. Take up jogging to get rid of excess stress. And more importantly, eat a balanced breakfast...toast and OJ if nothing else. That morning queasy could eventually lead to an uncer and you definately don't want one of those. Ask your doc for suggestions next time you go in for a checkup as well.

sleep can affect you in the moring if you havn't been getting enough lately. and speaking of getting enough that can also be a problem. if need be you might need to take matters into your own hands.

I see you're from Oklahoma, so this may not apply, but in the winter, my sinuses draining at night make me wake up really nauseous. Now isn't that gross? 😉 If I go to bed with a headache, I wake up queasy too, so I wouldn't discount it being from anxiety either.
