Every morning when I wake up, the hair on the back-right side of my head is standing up. No matter how I sleep at night, I end up sleeping to my right in the morning. Someone help me end the madness. :(

I'm guessing 99% of people roll around in their sleep without realizing it. You likely rolled over and around so much, and ended up on your back for the longest amount of time - it's natural.

take a shower or just get your hair wet with some water in a spary bottle. that will usually get it back to "normal.

I do take a shower every morning but I'm planning on taking showers @ night soon. Why? Because I plan on switching my exercise routine till after work at night. :frown:

I do mine at least once a month... but if you don't do it every couple of weeks you are still suceptable to bed-head after only a few days, unless you go down to like, 1/8 inch.

Why not take a shower before bed and after bed? Or maybe right after bed and right after exercise?

Waste of water? :p Do you live in the desert? Otherwise I wouldn't worry about that...

You could always just wash your hair.

you don't have to take a "full" shower in the morning, just jump in, rub a tiny bit of shampoo on your head for 15 seconds and rinse off. you'll use no more than a gallon or 2 of water and your head will be nice and shiny

or just stick your head in the sink and do it

I guess I could give it a shot, it's just that a shower feels so good that once I get in, I stay in for at least 15 mins. The only other solution I can think of is to revisit the 70's and go for long hair but that's not me. :p

water is a renewable resource.

that said, shower daily for your sake and the sake of those around you.

I wish I'd thought of that spray bottle thing when I had hair. That's a great idea.

if you leap into the shower as soon as you wake, why would it even matter?
