Oh trust me it's even better when you come from a city that is 75% Mormon, and you've lived there 15 years.

Or how about they just F*ck off and stop coming to my door?.. not that I have that problem down here in Phoenix now. Thankfully. They don't want Atheists coming to their doors trying to convert them and the feeling is likewise, no one wants them on their doorsteps trying to convert people.

Interesting. We don't have much of that where I live--maybe 5 times in 30 years. I just send them on their way.

lol at first it's annoying but when he actually goes door to door, it's awesome. he's like, "what if you're wrong, and you die and nothing happens, you wasted your whole life going to church"

Living in Salt Lake and NOT being Mormon, we've seen our fair share of door knockers, flyers, and leaflets.

Both my wife and I found the vid to be pretty damned hillarious.

LoL :), having been an LDS missionary, I found it funny. Although I must say we had more success just talking to people on the streets than knocking on doors (This was in the San Jose area btw), and we knew full well that knocking on the doors at the wrong time was a no-no. I can only speak for myself in that respect though.

Mormons in Utah are a different breed compared to those outside of Utah (especially where I live right now, in Provo). Quite a few have never left Utah, and panic around people who arent Mormon, its hilarious. You'd find that we're more or less normal outside of the bubble :)

Anyway, funny video

They should have been a little more tactful with their message, but still funny. ;)

I've never actually had my door knocked on by a Mormon. That may just be because there aren't many in Seattle. The only Mormons I've been approached by in Seattle (3 or 4 different pairs) have been really friendly. Every time they've approached me I've been in a rush so I don't have time to discuss their message.

Funny video though.

Ahh.
Only mormons knocked my door once. Like 2-6 years ago (I don't remember
Though, last month, I saw a girl get approached by mormons at a metro bus stop, and I was laughing so hard across the street. They didn't target the guys or girls sitting up, but the girl that was sitting on the bench where she can't run from them.

She got cornered , and she had to listen to the whole speech they had to say.

LOL i get mormons knocking on my door occasionally, and i swear on my grandmother's grave, i spend hours talking to them. Except i tell them about Buddhism (when these 2 girls didn't know what Buddhism was when i told them i was a Buddhist!) or atheism (by using Humes' arguments and such). It's always fun, and i've literally spent hours doing this.

I never had to many run ins with Mormons around here. Maybe about 2 or 3 times. Around here it is the Jehovah Witnesses that make their rounds door to door aggressively.

I actually found the Mormons pleasant and friendly. They will thank you for your time even though you want no part of them. Jehovah's though will continue to come back, week after week shoving those watch tower books in your face!! grrrrrrr!
