I think Conan had that car for a long time actually. Don't know though. And he's actually turned the Taurus SHO thing into a sort of phenomenon for himself. I'm sure he had one in the past but now that it's associated with him he probably goes out of his way to keep driving one. Wouldn't be surprised if he had more than one.
 
I think it's strange that he isn't driving a newer car. Not something to show his bling but for better safety reasons. A newer car with more safety features may have reduced his injuries.

I have that exact same car, it's very safe, full airbags and built like a tank.

shit i hope he's ok. he's one of my favorite actors. he rocked in the shawshank redemption. in fact, every movie i've seen that starred him, he was great.
 
I'm not surprised he drives an 11 year old car either. After watching Top Gear and their Star In A Reasonably Priced Car segment, seems like a lot of celebs have beaters because they're attached to the car or they're just to lazy to go out and buy something fancy.
