moreweb.com web hosting........support?

i've had my hosting w/ then ever since they had the special on ATHD? i've had great service w/ them, but just last week (6/13) i registered a domain w/ them and it isn't up yet. they usually reply to support rather quickly, but they haven't responded to my support requests.

anyone know if there's something going on w/ them? i know a few people have hosting w/ them, so i thought i'd ask.

question: the domain i wanted to register is still show up as "available" w/ other sites like godaddy and namecheap.

if i want this domain name quickly, should i just register w/ one of the other sites and then try to cancel the registration w/ moreweb (they already billed me)?

i'd really like the site up and running ASAP.

If you had read any of the thousand of posts out on the net on the subject, you would know that it is completely moronic to purchase a domain through your web host. So the answer is yes.
