For some reason I thought the HP OfficeJet 710 retails for $299 but they're only $171 (includes shipping) so being able to pick it up from your Walmart B&M for only $100 is a HOT DEAL!

Greetings All,
I do not mean to burst anyone's bubble here, but this is not a "photo-quality" printer/copier. It uses the HP #29 and #49 cartridges and I would not use it for anything where color quality is top-priority.
The other drawback is that almost all the features are tied into the software. The only thing you can do from the machine console is make faxes and black-and-white 100% copies. If you want color copies, reductions, or enlargements you need to use the computer.
Please do not construe this as a thread crap, I just want to let people know that this will not be the most visually stunning printer they have ever seen. Speed and ease-of-use seem to be pretty decent. For $100 this is a good way to get into a multifunction machine.
If you can do without the fax component, I would recommend the refurb PSC500 from Staples.

Take care !

You guys who want Ronzon to purchase one of these for you are providing absolutely no motivation for him to even do so. Whats in it for him? Why don't you at least give him an additional $10-$20, so he has some sort of motivation to do it for you guys?

Wallmart clearance stuff is hit and miss. You just have to go in and look at what they have. I scored a 20 hour TIVO for $150 the other day. Just one on the rack. Sweeeet!
