I have more than one email account, and want each to have its own inbox. I tired to change the send/recieve groups to use a different folder, but the only thing I can choose for any of them is the default 'Inbox'.

Any ideas?

Create message rules for each account.

Tools / Message Rules / Mail / New - select where the to line contains people <enter email addess>
At bottom select MOVE IT TO SPECIFIED FOLDER, then make a folder under you inbox naming it what ya want.

This method sucks.....

That is why I use "The Bat!" email client.

You could also just set up an Outlook profile for each account and have it prompt you when you open Outlook...

I have out look XP, and I only see "Rules Wizard.." under tools, and if i go in there, I dont see an option for "where the to line contains people". Am I missing something, or is my outlook a different version than yours?

Here's what to do:

1. Make sure you have both email accounts setup and working. Also create a second inbox folder (named Inbox2 or whatever).

2. Go to the Rules Wizard and click "new."
3. Select 'Check Messages When They Arrive.'
4. Select "When Received Through The Specified Account"
5. After that, in the Rule Description box click the highlighted word and select the email account you want to move the mail from.
6. Then select "Move it to the specified Folder" and select which folder you want (Inbox2) like you did for email account.
7. Click Finish.
