I'm looking for a PSU of more than 500W (may need only 600W 80 Plus) but Shuttle only sells 500W max. Anyone know if there are any 500W+ PSU from 3rd parties that fit the case?

Expected specs:
CPU: 3930K with Asetek 545LC and Zalman SF2 92mm fan (will overclock).
GPU: Blower fan type GTX 780 Ti (will overclock).
RAM: 4x8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP 1.35V (will not overclock).
HDD : 1x7200rpm 2TB.
SSD : 1x256GB.
USB Devices: about 5.

I chose this SX79R5 because of 32GB RAM support, I'm open to any other SFF that supports 32GB RAM and has more than 500W PSU.

That GPU will draw 250 watts, max (BTW, make sure that PS has 6 and 8-pin PCI-E plugs). That would leave 250 watts for everything else.

That CPU has 130w max draw, leaving you 120 watts for everthing else.

One mechanical and one SSD, four sticks of RAM and the motherboard won't pull 120 watts.

I'd say you'd be running a 500 watt PSU at 85% to 90% of max at 100% CPU and GPU usage...but how often will that happen? You'd be fine with 500 watts.
