More Than 4 IDE devices?

What happens when I have more than 4 IDE devices? 2 HD's, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, and Removable HD Bay. As far as I know I can only hook up 2 IDE devices to each IDE channel, so how do you hook up more than 4, is it possible?

no, u can'nt, 1 ide only can take 2, use scsi stuff if u want to do that

or you can get a motherboard with 8 IDE channels, i.e. ABIT's KT7-RAID

Or a Promise IDE Controller card like the Ultra66.
