more stupidity, a failed backflip on the neck

yea that is me, we were practicing on the sand with spotters and stuff, eventually we moved to the grass with spotters, i tried someting different in my technique and kinda realized it wasnt going to work in mid air...

i tried that on a trampoline, i folded in half.. i couldn't move my neck for a few minutes, and i felt it for weeks

😛

i was trying something a bit different, tried to rotate at the peak of my jump but my inital jump was a bit forward. ended up bailing.

if i had rotated i woulda landed on my neck during the rotation, probably resulting a hospital visit.

You were trying to do a "gainer" means you do a backflip but jump forward in the process. Requires much more skill and training than regular jump-back backflip. Spine is pretty flexible, but still, try not to land in perfectly downward angle 😛
