I think 30fps is very optimistic if your getting 15 at 1100. Your going to have to change other settings to get playable FPS. Using the article
Face2Face found as a good reference point even if you get to 1300 you will still probably be around 20fps without changing somethin else.

This guy did some work on his and mananged a 1325.
I believe 1300 is possible. I used to bench there, but no more.
show me one person with a 7770 who got an ADDITIONAL 200mhz from using 1.25 over what they where able to oc to with using stock voltage.

I am seeing 1150-1175 being a decent typical oc without voltage increase you and him are claiming 1350-1375 with 1.25. please show me that as I will be impressed.
Actually, I max at 1075 right now. I aim for 1.25 or 1.26v. I am optimizing the shaders I am using to help out.

if 1075 is all you can do without adding voltage then there's no way you going to get to 1300 from I'm going to 1.25.
