ok new user to firebird/mozilla. So far it's been great. Faster than IE, tabbed window interface is awesome, and i like the bookmarking system. Got a few questions/complaints, though, that maybe some more experienced users can answer
1) Many sites out there are optimized for IE. They don't support mozilla code, esp sites with active X or other advanced features. Since the vast majority of users out there are running IE, i don't expect this to change. How are all of you handling this? Just opening IE when you need to?
2) I hate when i click a link and it opens in a new firebird window. (like a new instance, not a new tab). Is there any way to consolidate tabs into one instance of the browser? I can't drag and drop em...
3) I keep accidentally closing the firebird window, losing all the sites i was on. Isn't there some sort of option i can enable that has a "are you sure you want to close all the tabbed windows" prompt?
thanks...
