More idiots that did not get their kids vaccinated = dead/sick kids.

UPDTAE to update:
Vaccine didn't cause autism, court rules

UPDATE:

just saw this on CNN

"Special court rules against compensation in three cases where parents contended vaccines caused autism in their children."

Rare sickness kills child; officials urge vaccination

"about 20,000 Hib cases were reported each year in the country. After children began receiving the vaccinations in the early 1990s, CDC officials said, there was a 99 percent drop in cases."

"Three of the children had not received any vaccination because of their parents' decisions, not because of a vaccine shortage, officials said."

and

"Some parents don't vaccinate their children because of claims that childhood vaccinations cause autism. Health agencies say there is no evidence linking vaccines to autism."

So don't be a idiot like these parents or nut jobs like Jenny McCarthy.

Every year I keep seeing more and more stories like this.

Unfortunatley for those kids their parents were gambling with their health/lives but were to stupid to realize it.

we have a flood of illegals coming in from Central and South America and Mexico......countries where health care is not the greatest.....the poorest of the poor come across that border and bring with them diseases that have been wiped out here for years....because of vaccinations.... and when you stop vaccinating your kids, these wiped out diseases will make a come back only this time it will be much worse.

When idiots like Jenny McCarthy don't vaccinate their kid and they go to school with an illegal who is carrying Typhoid and it starts spreading like wild fire and wipes out the family......they may wish they had choose a different path.

My kid is fully vaccinated. There was zero doubt in my mind that we would take these precautions with him.

Yep, due date for my son is 6 weeks out and he will also be fully vaccinated.

Probably Scientologists, or some equally fucked up religion.

Does religion even have anything to do with it? They could just be dumb-ass parents that think vaccines = autism.

Jenny McCarthy is probably the main reason a lot of gullible people think vaccines cause autism.

I would like to vaccinate Jenny McCarthy.

Ironically, as I was vaccinating Ms. McCarthy, I contracted HIV.

I'm sorry. I'll give her an oral vaccination then.

People's fears about vaccines causing autism are not based on any religious belief.

No, but religion makes people do stupid things. Like give money to the homeless.

I think it's hilarious that people buy into the idea that sticking your penis into a vagina somehow magically makes you more vulnerable than swallowing bodily fluids. Is your penis a fucking shop-vac or something? What makes him acquiring HIV via intercourse any more risky (or less bodily-fluid-consuming) than your mouth there, swallowing it? Do you have stomach acid in your mouth to kill it or something?

Actually, some religions DO discourage taking vaccines. I believe Jehova's witnesses discourage any form of medication ( I think)

yes but such discouragement has nothing to do with the belief that it causes autism. They also refuse blood transfusions.

I know they don't do blood transfusions, so it's not a stretch for them to not vaccinate.

Well maybe some people value the lower extremity over the mouth.

Well, anti-vaccination isn't a religious thing, but rather an idiotic thing where people are now believing retarded celebrities stating vaccines cause serious conditions. Which is bullshit because vaccines are saving lives.

BUT, there is a similar belief in scientology - the belief that medication is bad.
Scientologists aren't against vaccines as far as I have seen, but they are against prescribed medications. I don't blame such an idea. Current developed nations tend to have terrible diets, which results in essentially unseen malnutrition. Essential fatty acids, amino acids, etc etc. There are many things that we should be getting in our natural diet, that many tend to never get, or only get in very small quantities on rare occasions. I'm willing to bet this is the idea behind scientology's belief that medications aren't necessary, we just need to change our focus. Get all the essential nutrients we need from food, and many 'disorders' will most likely go away or appear in lower numbers of cases. I've been a believer of that for some time now, and is why I've recently stepped up my intake of processed nutrients. Problem is I'm very picky about foods, and I dislike many foods that have nutrients I wouldn't get elsewhere, thus a many item is fish oil. Omega 3s, and in small quantities Omega 6s, aka essential fatty acids, are extremely important in our diet. Without fish consumption, we get basically no Omega 3s, and too much Omega 6s. This is a result of farming methods, as naturally grazing animals would get the Omega 3s and we'd get them through their meat, but feedstock given to most animals doesn't contain much in the way of EFAs.

Short story - if we can change our diet, we'd need to rely less on prescription medication to control disorders that basically wouldn't exist in great numbers if we went about said necessary diet changes.
