I've just got a new 160GB hard drive to supplement my nearly filled 80GB drive.
I'm wondering, will the computer need some sort of power enhancement to run 2 drives now?
I have 512MB or RAM adn a Pentium 4 processor.

The only strain possible would be on the power supply.
Hard drives usually use less than 20 watts of power, so you shouldn't need to upgrade it.

Adding hard drives can be a power strain on the power supply. The more appropriate spec to list here is what your power supply is (brand/model/rated wattage). As far as your mobo/cpu are concerned, if you have available channels then you are good to go.
