That could be okay if he had, when confronted, admitted guilt and apologized and groveled a bit. Instead he said he was not guilty, said the claims were false, said he didn't call her, said his number had been spoofed.

Not until after they got his phone records that showed he DID call her, did it become oopsie and in court it was he was just calling "with the intent to annoy her."

I'm not so sure I would be inclined to allow him to have it all just go away. Although, it will always be out there even if his record is cleared.
