Elladan here's something for you to try:

Measure the volume of your microwave, then measure out and fill stoichiometrically correct amount of propane in there.

create a ring using copper wire. Instead of joining two ends, get them close together without touching.

When it is turned on, an arc will be produced at the gap and when the propane mixture ignites....

Hang on, I better try this with an old, non-used microwave of which the total and utter destruction is a non-issue, no?
