Interesting post on an other forum OC Aussie P3V4X forum someone posted that after recieving a new mobo with the W/B clock gen chip that normally only offers 16 FSB setting, he was able to get 32 FSB settings.
The procedure is described in the linked thread. Seem like a long shot to me, but who knows. Anyone have a P3V4X with this clock gen chip ? care to try it and post your results?
What are your thoughts on this? I would give it a try, but my mobo has the ICS chip so no need.
