I've never really done any cardio,
i just work out to bulk up. However lately its been really nice outside and i wanna start running and rollerblading. Is it better to do cardio and then take a day off? (just like with working out) Or can i just do cardio every day because theres no need to recover??

let me know...

I've never heard of a reason to rest after cardio. Your body should be back to normal after about 30 minutes of rest.

cardio = lose weight, no ? I need to build endurance, but am desperately trying to gain weight...

Cardio will take one hour to shake off, that's it. It will make you lose weight, and yes, it will improve endurance rh71.

You can do cardio every day, as long as you don't push yourself too hard (read: don't go over 80% of your max HR on back-to-back days for extended periods of time). Neither rollerblading or running (jogging) should do that though.

Cardio doesn't mean lose weight. If you still eat more than you burn you will gain weight.

I was surprised at what happend to my body when i started doing cardio after years of just weightlifting, size increased and fat deposits went away.

As a complement to hitting the weights it is great!

Can do it every day. It burns calories, but you'd have to do a LOT of it to come close to how many calories you burn just existing... Just living burns maybe 2k-2500 a day for the average guy, whereas 45 minutes of cardio might burn 500ish? In combination with diet, it helps to create or expand the calorie defecit needed to lose weight. It also increases endurance and improves your cardiovascular health.

hmm I'm afraid that it will slow my gains. I am ~6ft and 165 and I wanna get to around 180 maybe little more. I go to the gym every other day and slip it up routine (bicpes & shoulders, chest and tris, back, legs and abs every time). If i start running couple o miles every day in between, will that slow down my muscular gain?

it's not to lose weight, its to lower my bf% by maybe 2%. I'm at maybe 8% right now and I wouldnt mind the definition 🙂

That's losing fat, which is losing weight. To do it you have to eat less than you burn. To lose minimal muscle while losing weight, lift weights.
