Ok so here is my question...

I can run 2 gigs at decent timings (2-3-2-6) on a lower speed DDR375 or 1 gig at higher speed slightly different timings (DDR450 at 2.5-3-2-5).

I got 2 1gig kits from 2 different companies that for the time being seem to run at dual channel. One is better for OC'ing than the other but if I'm only going to use one I know which. Testing them right now at DDR400 with latency of 2-3-2-6 and I want to know if I'm better off using them at DDR375 (this is taking in to account a 200/133 mem divider with a fsb of 275) as I could always give up some cpu speed for an increase in memory speed. Or just using the better of the two (1gig at 2x512) to run at ddr450 at timings of 2.5-3-2-5 using the 200/166 divider on the same 275fsb. I have a new processor that i'm getting ready to install that might not be able to handle the fsb but this is going off of my current set up.

I'm using an AMD64 3000+ venice core
better kit is patriot el
ok kit is mushkin 991357
mobo is msi neo4 platinum pcb v1
a few HDD's
Ultra xfinity 500w psu
6800gt (waiting on my 7900gto)

Any suggestions would be great.

FSB:Memory Clock Dividers have very little effect on the Athlon 64's due, in large part, to the On Die Memory Controller.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. You will always want to use 2 Gig as opposed to OCed 1 Gig. If you could clarify what exactly you are asking that would be great.
