More bad cops in the area I live in

Five more bad cops busted in the area. I think the city of Memphis and surrounding area have busted about one bad cop a month for the past 5 years or close to it. Memphis has been really really bad about dirty cops.

Cops here wonder why people don't trust them at all.

Good size area, around 750,000. We have one of the worst crime rates in the country, always top 5 for serious crimes per capita it seems. Cops are always there to give out tickets in the good areas of town though !!!
