I just reread this - he's basically wanting to restructure. It's a shame he didn't think of this before the trade deadline. Now he's basically giving them up for nothing - hopefully the Cowboys can pull Hall on waivers.

Heh - Meangelo gets $8M for 8 months, plus whatever he stole from the Falcons. Sadly he'll probably end up on the Cowboys.
