Not sure what the child labor laws are where you are but in Michigan if you were to turn them in for what they are doing you could cause them some serious trouble. Be sure to document all checks issued to you and what they were for. If you have a digital camera sneak that puppy in there and get somekind of pic of yourself on the premises doing your job. document start time and ending times of all your workdays. get the point documentation, documentation, documentation do it and you will own them. As lawyers they could conceivably be disbarred but could probably wriggle out of that. The feds would also be interested in why they failed to pay ss taxes on you as well.

Its not an issue of age, just tax. I will not pursue it, these guys are super-skecthy and would probably sue me for something.

I hate lawyers more and more ever day. I'm sure there are some outstanding people in the profession but all the ones that I've met are the biggest bunch of jerk on this earth.

My ex use to work for a pair of lawyer. That had to be some of the cheapest bastards to walk the earth.

Now that it looks like your on your way out I would report his sorry asses to the proper government department.
