Killed the battery. For the past 2 days I've been working on our other car and used my corolla to provide the music. Well I ignored the fact that the car needed to be started on occasion. So I hooked up the charger and left it for about 3 hours then started it and all was fine but the moon roof controls are all messed up. So what do you guys think?

I think there's something you're forgetting to tell us.

If I recall correctly, my sister had an issue like htis one (on a Nissan, so I have no clue if this applie). Her battery died with the windows half up. The computer used a system to determine when the windows were up or down. That needed to be reset, or something like it. It was awhile ago, so I dont' know exactly. Try googling a procedure for that.

I'll give it a look. That'd be my guess as well with the computer.
