Joe and Liz have a chance, of course Liz won't be able to enact any of her ideas. My opinion of course, I have no proof lol

Unfortunately, I think they are right.

Way, way too many morons vote based on their pocketbook *this week*...which may or may not have anything to do with the President, and certainly doesn't take into account actions that we'll pay dearly for later (see: refusal to do anything about climate change, racking up trillions in debt to ease the tax burdens of bazillionaires--er, "reform", sorry.)

If the economy is anything like it is today, Trump wins. Hell, farmers have been hit hard by the moron's childish trade war and they still support him, so even if the economy is down it probably won't matter. This country wants simplistic slogans and imaginary solutions for their darkest fears (happens to be immigrant rapists currently, taking over for Islamic terrorists)-- not long-term policy decisions to try to handle difficult not-cut-and-dried issues (which is all of them). We get the goverment we deserve.

Hope I'm wrong.

Not sure, gut feeling but I think there could either be a slim D senate majority next election or a slim D with Independents majority.
Per looking this morning Democrat’s have 4 lean blues to protect and Republicans have 8 lean reds to protect. 4 toss up locations.
Democrats need 4 or 5 to take the majority.

Bingo! There's a big push by Wall Street to keep Trump in.

Well, yeh. Don't need no steenking regulation & oversight. The want to drive it like they stole it.

I mean, what's the question? Would they destroy the banking system for profit? Of course they would, you silly man. The best time to be insanely rich is when the rest are broke, busted & begging. That's when you can really put the bone to them.

Guys the model did not actually predict 9 of the last 10 correctly, they said they backtested it to 1980. It doesn’t say when they actually started using the model to predict elections ahead of time but it got the most recent one wrong. It’s entirely possible that the model has had a 0% success rate, haha.

Anyone can make a model that predicts events that have already happened.

Reading the actual report, it says that Trump is likely to win only if voter turnout is low.

No chance the Senate will vote to impeach. None.
Did you hear Romney's address today? They're beginning to fracture.

But it all comes down to common sense. Their man is a criminal with a capital C. They know it, as much as we know it. There's a deadly virus in the White House.

There was once a time when legislators only received nicely-written letters, but they read them. There may have been a time when opposition constituents wrote to their legislators despite their partisan differences. And there was a time when populist drivel and nonsense wasn't available to the semi-literate on Facebook and Twitter.

You may be right, but time will tell. How can they countenance a Criminal-in-Chief and ignoramus who makes decisions based on his limited understanding and whim?
